Varietal: Nebbiolo 100%

Vinification: red, with skin maceration in stainless steel vats
Fermentation: must and skins are kept in contact
For 5-6 days,punched down daily And finally racked
Temperature: variable, to peaks of 30° C
Ageing in the cellar: the new wine is kept 3 months in steel tanks and undergoes
malolactic fermentation; it is decanted several times, and finally aged in tonneaux (5hl capacity) for
8 months
Ageing in the bottle: 6 months
Produced bottles: 10.000 x 0,75
Drink at: 16°-18° C
Alcohol content: 13,5% by Vol.
Colour: brilliant ruby red in coulour with soft orange notes, it is rich, complex, tannic and pleasant on the nose with hints of raspberry
Food combination: wine to accompany any meal, it is elegantly and fruity structure like young Nebbiolo; perfect with oven cooked dishes
