Vinification: in red, with skin marceration in wood vat.
Fermentation time: most and skin are keep in contact for20 days, on wich fermentation tale place, punched downdaily, and finally racked.
Fermentation temperature: variable with peaks of 32° C.
Agening: the wine is kept from 3 to 5 months in steeltanks and undergoes the malolactic fermentation, it isdecanted for several time, and finally aged in French oakbarrel( 45/50hl capacity) for 48 months.
Ageing in the bottle: for 12 MONTHSAlcohol content: range from14 to 15% Alcohol /vol.depending on the vintage.
Color: Brillant grenades red in colour with soft orangenotes, it is rich and complex . notes of jam, raspberry, licorice, cherry and camphor.
Soft mouth of remarkablestructure with the fine tannins and persistence.tobacco ,pepper and truffles are expressed on the finish.
